A certified translation is a translation bearing the certification from an expert translator duly authorized as such by the Superior Court that is intended to be filed with a governmental agency.

Uncertified translations and certified translations from Spanish into English, and vice versa.

An uncertified translation is a translation made for reference purposes only and is not intended to be filed with a governmental agency, so it need not be certified or bear the seal of an expert translation authorized as such by the Superior Court.

At the end of the document we will include an additional text whereby the expert translator authorized by the Superior Court attests as to the accuracy and completeness of the translation with respect to the original source document in a different language, and includes the expert translator’s authorization information by the Superior Court.
